Friendly staff and the room was comfortable. Location seemed excellent. The hotel was just 1 mile from coral island. Set only 500 feet away, New Yorker Cafe is a wonderful place to eat nearby...

The hotel definitely met all my needs, and I can’t wait to visit again. Everything was fabulous, and I had a fantastic time during my stay. During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that I woke up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The small room size actually worked in my favor as it made it easier for me to navigate the room, especially during those late-night bathroom trips. The TV with freeview and a DVD player was a nice addition, offering more entertainment options than other B&Bs. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and filling, ensuring that I didn't need to worry about lunch. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like valued friends rather than just guests.
While the location was situated a bit away from the city center, it was easily accessible with the nearby tram stop. However, it could be a potential inconvenience for those without easy access to public transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the south shore of the city. The location was great, just a minute away from the promenade and close to local shops, pubs, and eateries. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds and en-suite rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I felt at home throughout my stay. The best part was the friendly and welcoming staff, especially Howard, the owner, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
Almost perfect.

The location of the hotel is ideal for families as it is very close to South Pier, Sandcastle, and Pleasure Beach, providing plenty of entertainment options. the friendly and hospitable host, Howard, goes out of his way to entertain guests and provide helpful tips. The breakfasts are delicious and filling, ensuring that guests have enough energy for the day. The rooms are comfortable, with amenities such as freeview TV and DVD players, making the stay enjoyable.
One negative aspect is that the hotel is a bit out of the way from the city center, requiring the use of trams or other transportation options.

This budget guesthouse has a great location in the lively south shore area with bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is tasty and filling, with plenty of tea and coffee. The rooms are decent enough with all the basic amenities. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The showers are quite weak and sometimes not functional at all.

This hotel was perfect for our lads rugby weekend. With plenty of local pubs, cafes, and takeaways nearby, it was ideal for grabbing a quick bite or a pint. The hotel itself was clean and although some rooms were a bit small, they were perfect for just getting our heads down for a few hours. The host was great, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.
All was fine, no complaints.

My husband and I loved being there. The location was good, just a short stroll away from an amusement park. It was near to the tower and central pier, shops and the beach and South Pier. Nice staff gave advice on things to do. The breakfasts were savory, always with lots of meals.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this guest house. The room was very clean and comfortable, with ample storage space for our belongings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that kept us satisfied until dinner. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to popular attractions and within walking distance to the beach. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere provided by the host.
While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few issues that detracted from our experience. The room could benefit from some refurbishment, as there were a few outdated fixtures and fittings.
